Where We Work
Call 1-786-592-4025 or stop by our shop at 21097 NE 27th Ct, Aventura, FL 33180. That's the fastest way to reach someone who can look at your door, not a call center reading from a script.
Most of our jobs are in Aventura itself, but we also run calls out to the close-in areas: Sunny Isles Beach and Ojus, both about 2 miles out, Ives Estates and West Park around 3 miles, and Pembroke Park at 4. We'll go further for the right job - Bal Harbour, Surfside, Dania Beach, and Miami Shores are all within a reasonable drive, and we've worked as far out as Key Biscayne and Sweetwater when the schedule allows.
A lot of the houses we see in this stretch of Florida were built between the 1950s and early 1990s, with a good chunk from the 1960s and 70s. That matters for us because older tracks and openers from that era don't always match what's sold today, and knowing the housing stock in a given pocket helps us bring the right parts on the truck the first time instead of guessing.
If you're not sure whether your address falls in our service radius, just call. We'd rather tell you straight than waste your afternoon.

What Happens After You Call
When you call 1-786-592-4025, someone on our end asks a few basic questions: what the door is doing (or not doing), roughly how old it is, and whether it's a single or double. That's enough to get a sense of what we're walking into before a truck ever leaves.
From there we set a time to come out. Given the age of most housing stock in this part of Florida - a lot of it dating to the 1960s and 70s - we often already have a guess at what hardware we'll find before we knock on the door, which saves a second trip in a lot of cases.
On site, we diagnose first and give you a number before touching anything. No work starts until you say go. If the fix is simple, we usually finish it that visit. If it needs a part we don't carry on the truck, we'll tell you what it is and when we can get it.
We don't pad the visit with upsells. If the only thing wrong is a worn roller, that's the only thing we talk about.

Frequently asked
Straight answers about garage door repair in Aventura. Still unsure? Ask us directly.
How old is my garage door likely to be if my house was built in the 1960s or 70s?
If the house hasn't had a documented door replacement, there's a real chance the opener or even the door panels are original or close to it. Houses in this area were mostly built between 1953 and 1992, with most of that stock from the 1960s-70s wave, and a lot of original torsion hardware is still running on daily cycles decades later.
Do you work outside Aventura itself?
We cover a radius that reaches communities like Sunny Isles Beach and Ojus a couple miles out, Ives Estates and West Park a bit farther, and out to places like Miami Lakes and Key Biscayne at the edge of where we drive. Call and give your area and we'll tell you straight whether it's in range.
Why can't you just give me a flat price over the phone?
Spring count, door size, and the age of the existing opener all change the job. A single spring on a lighter door costs differently than a double-spring setup on an older torsion system. We'd rather look at it and quote it accurately than give a number that doesn't hold once we're standing at the door.
Does the humidity here actually damage garage door parts?
Yes, especially near the coast. Salt air corrodes fasteners, hinges, and track hardware faster than inland installs see, even though the mild climate here spares doors from the freeze-related seal cracking and snow-load stress that colder regions deal with.
What won't you take on?
We don't do new garage construction or structural opening work - header height, jamb framing, that kind of thing. If the problem is the opening itself rather than the door or hardware in it, that's a contractor's job first.
